Founder’s Office: Growth/Ops (Project Manager for Tech)

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executives to understand project objectives and develop project plans

• Lead the project management and implementation of theft detection marketing and operations projects from concept through to deployment

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers analysts and operational team to ensure project milestones are met

• Identify and resolve project challenges adjusting strategies and plans as necessary.

• Continuously evaluate project progress and performance reporting progress and performance to team executives

Must-Have:

• Proven experience in project management ideally within a tech environment.

• Excellent English communication with the ability to connect with a global team

• Basic technical background with experience in any of software engineering data science or a related field

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to develop project structures and plans from general directives.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with executives and across project teams.

• Can work at least 4 hours per day in US PST timezone

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity and interest in AI technologies particularly computer vision

• Prior experience in product or project management with a focus on AI or technology companies

• Knowledge of retail operations and the challenges of loss prevention

• Ex-Founder or Venture Capital or Management Consulting or Banking or Working with US Companies or Tech Companies
