FP&A Analyst - Remote US

The Opportunity 

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Financial, Planning and Analysis Analyst (FP&A) to join and help grow our finance team.  The ideal candidate must be able to deliver exceptional performance in a fun, energetic and entrepreneurial environment.  This position will be responsible for driving the annual budget and monthly forecast processes, internal financial reporting, variance analysis, and drafting and coordinating analytical reports to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has prior experience modeling subscription-based SaaS businesses and collaborating with cross functional teams. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the preparation of annual budgets, forecast and monthly reporting packages
• Builds and manages financial databases by analyzing a wide range of data sources
• Builds-out analytics & reporting dashboards to measure success through KPI's
• Review income statement data and adjustments for accuracy and validity
• Prepares analytical review and variance analysis of results against budgets and forecasts 
• Provide advice and support to operational teams based on performance against goals
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with both internal and external customers

What you Bring

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA and/or MBA a plus but not required
• 3-5+ years of finance experience, SaaS subscription-based business a plus
• Must have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing large data sets and building KPI dashboards
• Hands-on experience with accounting, forecasting software packages and Salesforce
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in remote setting.
