UserZoom, a user experience insights company is looking to hire a Finance Director to support our Financial Reporting to our Board of Directors and investors. This opportunity is a key role to inform our board and executive team about the company's financial health and noting key financial and operating trends.
UserZoom's FP&A team is a critical part of the company's success. The team leads the planning and forecasting process while supplying business analysis to support the executive team's decisioning process. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on important projects while working directly with the company's Leadership team to continue our superb growth. As an Individual contributor working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly Board and Investor presentations
• Support ad hoc projects
• Provide a high level of thought process to recommend areas for improvement and lead projects to enhance the reporting
• Enhance and/or define reporting requirements to support the business and operations- standardize them, - centralize delivery
• Report and analyze financial results, including bookings, providing the BOD and executive level insightful decision support
• Calculate and analyze all KPIs including gross and net retention
• Report on all financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
• Support the Planning and Forecasting cycles
• Work closely on acquisition reporting integration
• Presentations to upper management
• Have the potential to build out a team

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in FP&A in high growth, fast pace environment. Financial reporting and Corporate FP&A experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting. MBA/CPA preferred
• Preference that the candidate be located in California, Denver, Texas but can be remote in the United States
• Experience with SAAS reporting, including metrics like retention, LTV, and CAC.
• Experience with financial reporting integration of acquisitions a plus
• Strong accounting knowledge particularly related to the financial statements.
• Strong excel, NetSuite and Salesforce skills are required.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Google Workplace, and ADP are a plus.
