Job Description

Team: Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Fractional Performance Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact paid acquisition strategy within a fast-growing organization.
You will lead the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns.
The position combines hands-on campaign management, data analysis, creative experimentation, and strategic decision-making.
You will directly influence revenue growth by improving acquisition efficiency, scaling paid spend, and maximizing return on investment.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will build measurement frameworks and processes that support sustainable growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for a performance marketing expert who thrives with autonomy, ownership, and measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:

As a Fractional Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the paid acquisition engine and help scale performance marketing initiatives through strategic planning, campaign execution, and continuous optimization. You will use data-driven insights to improve marketing efficiency, develop testing frameworks, and support business growth.

  • Design, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Microsoft, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Own the full performance marketing lifecycle, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and identify opportunities to improve revenue contribution, ROAS, CPA, and pipeline impact.
  • Develop structured testing strategies for messaging, creative concepts, audiences, and campaign approaches.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing partners to develop compelling briefs and improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze marketing data and provide clear recommendations on budget allocation, optimization opportunities, and growth strategies.
  • Build and improve measurement frameworks, reporting processes, and performance dashboards.
  • Stay current with advertising platform updates, emerging technologies, audience targeting capabilities, and industry trends.
  • Support the development of scalable paid acquisition processes and operational improvements.
  • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced performance marketing professional with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage paid acquisition programs independently. You should be comfortable owning strategy and execution while using data to drive business decisions.

    • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with direct ownership of paid search and paid social campaigns.
    • Proven experience managing multi-channel paid budgets with accountability for metrics such as ROAS, CPA, revenue, or pipeline contribution.
    • Strong understanding of Google Ads/SEM and paid social platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta.
    • Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Strong testing mindset with experience developing creative, audience, and messaging experiments.
    • Builder mentality with the ability to create processes, tools, and workflows that improve marketing performance.
    • Ability to stay current with evolving technologies, advertising platforms, and digital marketing trends.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present performance insights and recommendations clearly.
    • Experience with B2B, ABM-style campaigns, financial services, fintech, or professional audiences is considered an asset.
    • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, PostHog, Omni, or similar platforms is a plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50 to $75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
      • Fully remote work flexibility.
      • Opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing organization.
      • High level of ownership and autonomy over performance marketing strategy.
      • Exposure to complex, high-value acquisition campaigns and growth initiatives.
      • Opportunity to collaborate with experienced cross-functional teams.
      • Potential for long-term growth opportunities as business needs evolve.
      • Access to an entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and innovative work environment.
