Frontend Developer (REMOTE)

Position Description:

Partner with a highly skilled Agile team to independently design, develop, code, test and debug new software or significant enhancements to existing software of moderate complexity. Develop solutions across many disciplines and be responsible for explaining solutions and procedures. Apply principles, theories and concepts and use methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects related to complex software. We are looking for an experienced front end developer to work independently under limited supervision and have sufficient knowledge and maturity to effectively deal with technical issues to help to support the broader team. Your success will be directly related to CGI's and our client's success.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Demonstrated experience in the design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, support, and management of javascript (Vue.js or angular6) web applications.• Tasks may include designing and coding programs and testing and documenting changes and enhancements.• Tasks may include project implementation, researching and evaluating problems, and recommending and implementing decisions.• Ensures that software meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.• Familiar with SAFe® methodology.• Strong attention to detail and ability to creatively problem solve.• Deploying application to various environments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Advanced Vue.js or Anguar 6 knowledge
o Component creation
o Vuex
o vue-cli and Webpack. • Front-end unit testing framework such as, Mocha, @vue/test-utils, Jest, Jasmine, etc. • Front-end integration testing framework such as Nightwatch, Selenium, Cypress, Puppeteer, etc. • Intermediate CSS/HTML/SCSS/SASS.• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ES6+, Typescript• Intermediate to advance Java knowledge • Communicating with RESTful services/APIs• Communicating with GraphQL services/APIs

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $80K-$120K*
