Frontend Platform Engineer

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer to shape and enhance the developer experience across large-scale frontend systems. You will work at the intersection of tooling, infrastructure, and application development, building robust platforms that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. From optimizing build systems to improving CI/CD pipelines, your work will directly impact productivity and performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure seamless integration across the development lifecycle. • Own and evolve the frontend monorepo architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability as the codebase grows
• Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, and deployment workflows
• Develop and maintain internal tools using Node.js and Golang to support engineering operations
• Identify bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and implement solutions to improve build performance and feedback loops
• Oversee build and release processes for desktop applications, including Electron-based clients
• Collaborate with Developer Experience, SRE, and testing teams to enable seamless continuous delivery
• Drive initiatives that improve developer productivity, code quality, and system reliability

Requirements:

• 6 to 9 years of professional engineering experience, with a focus on frontend systems, tooling, or infrastructure
• Strong expertise in modern frontend build tools and package managers such as NX, Vite, Webpack, Bun, or PNPM
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js for building scalable tools and systems
• Experience with or strong interest in Golang for backend service development
• Proven track record of improving CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, or system performance
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Understanding of frontend frameworks like React and the challenges faced by application developers
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
