Full Stack Developer

• 6+ years’ experience in full stack development to include Java, Web services, Database, and web application development.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with one or more of the following programming languages for developing APIs and RESTful services: Java, Python, C#, .NET.
• Ability to apply back-end development frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring, Grails) AND front-end development tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, AngularJS, React) in the design of web-based solutions.
• 2 years’ experience with agile and lean philosophies.
• Experience using XML and JSON.
• Experience working independently with clients or stakeholders conducting interviews, observations and surveys to successfully create a user-story.
• Experience with Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration techniques.
• Experience designing full-service consumer and business applications.
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing practices.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics or related field. (An Associate's Degree plus 1 years additional relevant experience, or 2 years additional experience performing work related to the labor category functional description, may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.)
  
• US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance or higher
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with web-server configuration and RESTful microservice development (UNIX OS; Windows Server; Nodejs).
• Experience with database integration (SQL, noSQL databases, database normalization, indexing technologies).
• Proven experience writing and building applications using a 12-factor application SW architecture, micro services, and API.
• Experience developing and deploying to AWS and C2S environments.
• MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• One or more of the following certifications preferred: Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) (Previously known as Certified Software Engineering Professional (CSEP), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Sun Certified Professional (SCP), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), or Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)
• Experience working in Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) and general understanding of CAOC processes and procedures in support of execution of the Air Tasking Order (ATO) and Airspace Control Order (ACO).
