Job Title: Full-Time Construction Site Security Guard – 8-Hour Shifts (Beverly Hills / Los Angeles 90024) Location:Los Angeles, CA 90024 (Beverly Hills area) Schedule:24/7 coverage (Multiple shifts available) Shifts:8 hours per day – Morning, Evening, and Overnight Days:Monday through Sunday (Full-Time) Pay:$18.00/hr + 4% 401(k) Match Start Date:ASAP Contract Term:Minimum 1 Year (Project-Based) Job Description: We are hiring5 full-time security guardsto provide24/7 protectionat a major construction site in the Beverly Hills area (Los Angeles 90024). This is a long-term opportunity with stable hours at a single location. Guards will be assigned to rotating8-hour shiftsto ensure round-the-clock coverage. You must be alert, dependable, and professional at all times. High visibility, strong site presence, and accurate reporting are critical. Key Responsibilities: • Patrol the site perimeter and internal areas • Deter trespassing, theft, and vandalism through high visibility • Monitor vehicles and personnel entering and exiting the site • Report daily activity and unusual incidents • Follow post orders and safety protocols • Maintain a presence that ensures the site remains secure at all times Requirements: • Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required) • Prior experience in construction or outdoor security preferred • Must be able to stand and patrol for extended periods • Reliable transportation and punctuality • Team-oriented but capable of working independently • Must be available for full-time, long-term work What We Offer: • $18.00 per hour • 4% 401(k) company match • Weekly pay • Stable, long-term assignment • Opportunity for growth and extended contracts Apply Now: We are looking to fill5 full-time positions immediately.Indicate your shift preference (Morning, Evening, or Overnight) when applying.
