Functional Lead (ERP Experience Required)- Remote

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Support external customers with analyzing current business processes, developing requirements, developing and testing solutions to client issues and supporting end users. • Lead and participate in meetings with client stakeholders.• Conduct analysis on problems independently, research and recommend solutions and execute resolution steps to address client issues.• Provide functional support for testing such as developing test scenarios and documentation and performing validation testing for the core Momentum and Concur application and reports.• Provide functional support for new initiative implementation activities such as requirements analysis, development of design and configuration documentation.• Provide support for federal government mandated initiatives.• Provide insights and recommendations to improve user experience through business process system reengineering, changes to system functionality, or updates to existing polices or procedures.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.• Five (5) years of hands-on experience with ERP systems within a Federal CFO office• Two (2) years of project management or related to project planning and control, scope management, issue and risk management, and quality management experience.• Experience in defining requirements for integration and data flows between systems.• Experience in the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and knowledge of agile best practices• Experience being a part of a business process transformation effort.• Ability to drive an effort with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities/requirements.• Excellent leadership and team development skills; ability to manage multiple small teams.• Timely, decisive, and effective problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications
• Experience with COTS release management activities• Experience with business development efforts, including responding to RFIs/RFPs.• Experience in an Agile IT framework, serving roles as a Scrummaster or Product Owner
