General Electrician (office located in Livermore)

Synergy Poweris a family owned and operated Solar company based in Livermore. We are looking for trained Journeyman Electricians who are motivated, hard-working team members to join our installation crew in the Livermore area. Construction or solar experience required. Job Type: Full-time, long-term JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with Residential and Commercial solar installations. • Assist with main service panel and sub panel upgrades. • Assist with solar battery installations. • Assist determining the type of materials and tools that should be used for installation. • Assist in troubleshooting of solar operations. • Meet with building department inspectors. • Interact with customers daily. • Other duties may be assigned as needed. QUALIFICATIONS • REQUIRED: Electrician Journeyman card. • 4 years of experience with roofing, solar or electrical installation. • Must have a high energy level, be self-motivated and enthusiastic. • Punctuality and dependability is essential. • Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain). • Work with crew members to complete projects within established policies and procedures. • Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety. • Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs • Ability to work safely on rooftops with various angles and surfaces • Maintain a clean driving record BENEFITS • Medical benefits after 60 days • Vacation and sick time accrual • Company Vehicle may be provided at company's discretion.
