Job Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience

Post secondary education in business human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
Three years experience in human resources field preferably in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive employee relations
Able to prepare read and interpret written reports business correspondence instructions procedures and guidelines
Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills with the ability to respond to questions from internal and external customers
Excellent human relations skills
Highly self motivated and flexible
Capable of working under pressure and with short completion time on projects
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask
Strong understanding of the human resources body of knowledge
Computer experience

Physical Demands:

Demands of a typical office position
Flexible hours to meet customer/project demands

Environmental Conditions:

Office environment with regular interactions with associates in a manufacturing environment
