Job Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience
- Post secondary education in business human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
- Three years experience in human resources field preferably in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive employee relations
- Able to prepare read and interpret written reports business correspondence instructions procedures and guidelines
- Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills with the ability to respond to questions from internal and external customers
- Excellent human relations skills
- Highly self motivated and flexible
- Capable of working under pressure and with short completion time on projects
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong understanding of the human resources body of knowledge
- Computer experience
Physical Demands:
- Demands of a typical office position
- Flexible hours to meet customer/project demands
Environmental Conditions:
- Office environment with regular interactions with associates in a manufacturing environment
