Job Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience
  • Post secondary education in business human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Three years experience in human resources field preferably in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive employee relations
  • Able to prepare read and interpret written reports business correspondence instructions procedures and guidelines
  • Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills with the ability to respond to questions from internal and external customers
  • Excellent human relations skills
  • Highly self motivated and flexible
  • Capable of working under pressure and with short completion time on projects
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong understanding of the human resources body of knowledge
  • Computer experience

Physical Demands:
  • Demands of a typical office position
  • Flexible hours to meet customer/project demands

Environmental Conditions:
  • Office environment with regular interactions with associates in a manufacturing environment
