Genesys PureCloud Developer

As a Genesys PureCloud Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing contact center solutions using Genesys PureCloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer interactions and improve operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Genesys PureCloud.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and configure Genesys PureCloud features to meet client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Genesys platform.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.
• Ensure best practices in code development and documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Genesys PureCloud.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Genesys PureCloud Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Genesys PureCloud architecture and APIs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience with RESTful services and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with contact center operations and customer experience strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genesys certifications (e.g., PureCloud Developer) are a plus.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of other Genesys products (e.g., Engage, Cloud) is an advantage.
