Gerente de Mantenimiento

Lead and manage a group of qualified people in different areas, ensuring that building maintenance and security meet corporate objectives. Ensure excellent service to internal and external customers, in addition to good financial performance and profitable growth through good budget management practices and reductions in operation and maintenance costs, this must be achieved in the development and empowerment and problems solving taking care of the safety of team members and the conservation of natural resources.

Site: Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas

Role:

• Monitor, train and supervise maintenance department employees
• Responsible for establishing computerized systems and mechanisms that allow you to monitor the performance of the equipment, as well as control the status of the different facilities areas.
• Ensure that the work team is trained for the functions to be performed.
• Coordinate work performed by external suppliers
• Ensure efficient repair programs and review repair cost estimates
• Prioritize maintenance and repairs to the company's equipment and parts

Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or similar
• Advanced English
• More than 4 years of experience in Maintenance Management
• Extensive knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications and diagrams.
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
