This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente Regional de Demanda Pleno - Divisão de Farmacêuticos Estabelecidos (EPD) based in Brazil.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive demand generation strategies for a portfolio of biologic and biosimilar therapies across key healthcare institutions in Brazil. You will lead and develop a team of demand consultants while building strong relationships with decision-makers in hospitals, oncology clinics, and both public and private healthcare systems. The position combines commercial leadership, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration to expand market presence and improve patient access to essential treatments. Working closely with medical, marketing, market access, regulatory, and pricing teams, you will play a key role in shaping regional growth strategies. Accountabilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Demand Consultants, fostering engagement, accountability, and high performance.
  • Design and execute regional demand generation strategies targeting key accounts, public institutions, oncology clinics, and private hospitals.
  • Drive strategic negotiations and portfolio positioning initiatives with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
  • Ensure the effective scientific, institutional, and promotional communication of products within the assigned portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Pricing, and Supply Chain.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), demand generation results, account coverage, and team effectiveness.
  • Identify growth opportunities, process improvements, and innovative initiatives to strengthen portfolio performance.
  • Manage regional budgets and cost centers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and investment optimization.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards governing pharmaceutical activities.
  • Support the expansion and consolidation of biosimilar products within strategically important healthcare accounts.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Proven experience managing commercial, sales, or demand generation teams within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong understanding of biologics, biosimilars, and/or institutional healthcare markets.
    • Knowledge of the Brazilian healthcare system, including both the public sector (SUS) and private healthcare landscape.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multidisciplinary environments.
    • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and negotiation capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
    • High ethical standards, accountability, and alignment with compliance requirements.
