This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gestionnaire de compte – ShareGate based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to manage strategic customer relationships and drive business growth within a global technology environment.
You will act as a trusted advisor for organizations navigating Microsoft 365 governance, helping them maximize the value of their solutions.
The position combines account management, consultative selling, customer success, and strategic relationship-building.
You will own a portfolio of accounts, lead renewal strategies, identify expansion opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Working cross-functionally with sales, product, support, and operations teams, you will influence customer outcomes and business performance.

Accountabilities:

The Gestionnaire de compte – ShareGate will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of customers by delivering strategic guidance, identifying opportunities, and ensuring customers achieve lasting value. This role requires a consultative mindset, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to connect customer needs with business outcomes.

  • Manage customer accounts by leading renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and increasing recurring revenue through upgrades, cross-selling, and premium offerings.
  • Build trusted relationships with IT teams and business stakeholders by understanding their challenges, goals, and evolving technology needs.
  • Drive customer adoption and retention by proactively monitoring usage data, engagement signals, and account health indicators.
  • Conduct strategic discovery conversations to connect customer challenges with relevant solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, product, and revenue operations, to deliver seamless customer experiences and remove obstacles.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track account activity, manage risks, and provide visibility into pipeline and customer health.
  • Develop and optimize outreach strategies by testing messaging, improving engagement approaches, and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency.
  • Position advanced solution offerings effectively to help enterprise customers unlock additional value.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate has experience in account management, customer success, or technology sales and is comfortable managing customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, business curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex customer needs.

    • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a similar goal-oriented commercial role.
    • Proven ability to deliver consultative, value-driven customer experiences.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French proficiency is considered an asset.
    • Ability to manage an active pipeline, prioritize competing responsibilities, and adapt to changing business needs.
    • Genuine interest in technology challenges and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including governance, automation, and adoption.
    • Experience in SaaS, technology sales, or inbound sales is an asset.
    • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms.
    • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT as part of daily workflows.
    • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
    • Benefits:

      • Base salary range of $75,000–$90,000 CAD, adjusted according to location and market conditions.
      • Total on-target earnings (OTE) opportunity of approximately $115,000–$138,000 CAD.
