About the role
As a Senior Manager within our Leadership & Culture practice, you'll lead the design and delivery of strategic consulting engagements that help organisations transform through their people. You'll work with executive teams and Boards, influence enterprise-wide change, and play a key role in growing one of Accenture's most dynamic consulting practices.
This role combines client delivery, business development, people leadership and practice growth, providing the opportunity to shape both client outcomes and the future direction of our Leadership & Culture offering.
What you'll do
Lead the design and delivery of Leadership & Culture consulting engagements across large-scale transformations and standalone programs.
Partner with executive leaders and Boards to deliver solutions across leadership strategy, leadership development, organisational culture, talent management, executive coaching, team effectiveness and organisational performance.
Build trusted client relationships, providing strategic advice that delivers measurable business outcomes.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships and contributing to thought leadership.
Collaborate across Accenture to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions for clients.
Lead and develop high-performing consulting teams through coaching, mentoring and inclusive leadership.
About you
You're an experienced consulting leader who combines commercial acumen with a passion for leadership and organisational transformation. You enjoy solving complex client challenges, developing people and growing lasting client relationships.
You'll bring:
Significant experience delivering Leadership & Culture consulting solutions within a consulting or professional services environment.
Experience working with senior executives, C-suite leaders and Boards.
Expertise across one or more areas including leadership strategy, leadership development, organisational culture, executive coaching, talent management or organisational effectiveness.
Demonstrated experience leading complex transformation programs.
Strong business development capability, including originating and growing consulting opportunities.
Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
Experience leading consulting teams and developing talent.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across large, matrix organisations.
