§ Encendido y apagado de máquina

§ Masterización de gages electrónicos

§ Ensamble de piezas grandes y pequeñas incluyendo tornillería

§ Inspección de calidad

§ Revisión y ejecución del WPO

§ Monitoreo de la vida de las herramientas

§ Realizar MO diario

§ Recorrido de seguridad

§ Generación TCAR

§ Identificación de material sospechoso

§ Cambio Herramienta

§ Manejo de material Scrap

§ Soportes llamados de Andon

§ Llenado y vaciado de máquina

§ Junta de Integración

§ Actividades punta estrella

Habilidades

§ Escolaridad mínima: Secundaria, máxima: preparatoria/bachillerato

§ Experiencia: No necesaria

§ Disponible para rolar turnos

§ Enfoque al trabajo estándar

§ Enfoque a la Calidad y seguridad

§ Habilidades de comunicación oral, a señas y/o escrita

§ Trabajo en equipo

§ Poseer buena resistencia física y coordinación. Podría ser necesario pararse y/o caminar durante largos períodos de tiempo al día mientras se dobla, gira, inclina y alcanza con frecuencia. Podría ser necesario levantar periódicamente hasta 18kg.
