This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional who thrives at the intersection of AI, automation, and commercial strategy. In this role, you will help transform pre-sales operations by building intelligent systems that streamline technical discovery, demos, proposal processes, and customer engagement workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and create scalable AI-driven solutions that improve productivity and accelerate business growth. Accountabilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents, automations, and workflows to enhance pre-sales and go-to-market processes.
  • Analyze end-to-end pre-sales operations to identify friction points and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Develop solutions that accelerate RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, technical discovery sessions, demos, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Integrate AI tools and automations with CRM platforms, proposal management systems, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions based on user feedback and business impact.
  • Train and support internal teams in adopting new AI-powered tools and workflows.
  • Monitor automation performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks to continuously improve go-to-market capabilities.
  • Document processes and solutions to ensure maintainability and long-term scalability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to optimize inbound lead processes and customer engagement workflows.
  • Requirements

    • Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar hybrid technical-commercial roles.
    • Hands-on experience developing automations and AI agents using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, LLM APIs, or custom-built solutions.
    • Solid understanding of pre-sales processes, including discovery, demonstrations, RFP management, and proof-of-concept execution.
    • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and modern software architectures.
    • Experience with CRM, proposal management, and knowledge management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
    • Ability to develop scripts and lightweight applications using languages such as Python or JavaScript.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, particularly when working with non-technical audiences.
    • Self-driven mindset, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
