Job description

Graduate Business Analyst – Finance & Technology (Oracle) - Early Careers

Interested in business, technology and solving problems?

Studying Finance, Accounting or Commerce and wondering where your degree could take you?

At Accenture, you'll combine commercial thinking, problem-solving, data analysis and technology to help leading organizations work smarter.

As a Business Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of business and technology — working with clients, consultants and technical specialists to solve challenges, improve processes and deliver real impact.

We'll give you the training, support and hands-on experience to build your technology and consulting skills along the way.

If you're curious, analytical and excited about solving real-world business problems, we'd love to hear from you.

No Technology Degree? No Problem.

Some of our strongest Business Analysts studied Finance, Accounting and Commerce.

If you enjoy understanding how businesses work, solving problems, working with people and making sense of data, we'll teach you the technology.

We're looking for people who are curious, collaborative and excited to learn.

What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like

A few months into the role, you could be:

  • Helping clients improve finance and business processes using Oracle technology
  • Working with stakeholders to understand challenges and identify solutions
  • Analyzing data and trends to support better business decisions
  • Creating reports and dashboards that deliver meaningful insights
  • Collaborating with consultants, developers and client teams on real business challenges
  • Translating business needs into practical recommendations
  • Building expertise in one of the world's leading enterprise technology platforms

From day one, you'll be working on real projects, learning from experienced professionals and building skills that can take your career across consulting, business and technology.

Why Finance, Accounting and Commerce Graduates Thrive Here

Many successful Business Analysts didn't start with Technology degrees.

They joined with strengths in:

  • Critical thinking
  • Commercial awareness
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Problem-solving
  • Data analysis
  • Understanding how organizations work

Technology can be taught. Curiosity, analytical thinking and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

Why Accenture?

You'll gain access to:

  • Industry-leading Oracle learning pathways and certifications
  • Structured training and professional development
  • Coaching, mentoring and ongoing career support
  • Opportunities to work with leading organizations across industries
  • Local and global career opportunities
  • Flexible ways of working
  • 18 weeks paid parental leave
  • Long and short-term career break opportunities
  • An inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive

What We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you're:

  • Curious and eager to learn
  • A problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges
  • Analytical and comfortable working with information and data
  • A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Adaptable, resilient and open to new experiences
  • Interested in how technology helps organizations perform at their best

You don't need to tick every box.

We value diverse perspectives, different life experiences and a growth mindset. If this opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear from you.

Eligibility

We're looking for students and graduates who:

  • Have completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce and ready to start a full-time role from September 2026
  • Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency
  • Are excited to start their career in consulting, business and technology

    You Belong Here

We're building teams as diverse as the communities we serve and welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.

We know talent looks different for everyone, and we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement listed.

If you require adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process, we're here to support you.

    Ready to Get Started?

You don't need to have your entire career mapped out.

If you're curious, motivated and excited to learn, this could be the perfect place to begin.

Bring your perspective. Build future-ready skills. Reinvent with Accenture.
