Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Graphic Designer who will be primarily responsible for logic-driven (versus traditional, conceptual graphic) production design and support of print and digital client marketing communications. Collaboratively creates and maintains orderable print and digital marketing communications on Distributed Marketing platforms. The Graphic Designer is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and has some experience with email design, Java Script, Variable Data Document Design, and Content Management Systems.

Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients, senior team members, and peers to understand project requirements and to execute development based on those requirements
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Business Systems Analysts, IT, and peers on functional creative solutions for client marketing communications campaigns
  • Responsible for understanding business requirements and making appropriate recommendations for executing within our product applications
  • Exhibit critical thinking and analytical problem-solving in troubleshooting production issues
  • Responsible for reporting client-specific metrics on a regular basis
  • Provide production support for peers and internal partners as needed
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding design specifications and project requirements
  • Communicate directly with print vendors regarding print specifications and schedules


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Graphic Design, Digital Design, Publication Design) with 1-3 years of experience. Variable Data Design and Digital Design experience preferred.
  • HTML and CSS: Including writing new and updating existing code
  • JavaScript: Including writing new and updating existing JavaScript
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign)
  • Proficient in the understanding of prepress processes
  • Strong/working understanding of:
    • Digital print processes
    • Direct mail/postal requirements
    • Fulfillment processes
    • SDLC and Agile practices
  • Critical thinker with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess good time management and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, collaborative team player. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Comfortable in picking up new technologies
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • Some overtime required
