Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design, execution, and iteration of product experimentation and testing frameworks
  • Manage and evolve communications platforms, notification strategies, and in-product messaging systems
  • Collaborate with data science to develop targeting models and next-best-action strategies
  • Prioritize roadmap initiatives, balancing short-term experiment velocity with long-term foundational investments
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, aligning with cross-functional partners to ensure execution excellence
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve activation, retention, and multi-product adoption
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in a group PM or leadership role
    • Proven experience in product-led growth (PLG) and scaling self-serve growth motions
    • Strong experimentation and analytics skills, including test design, sizing, targeting, and post-test learning
    • Hands-on approach to product execution with experience shipping improvements and integrating AI tools into workflows
    • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, data teams, and go-to-market partners
    • Strong systems thinking and ability to distinguish between foundational investments and lightweight experiments
    • Exceptional analytical instincts, comfortable using tools like Amplitude and interpreting metrics
    • Effective communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary ($188,200–$260,500 USD) with opportunities for bonus, equity, and variable pay
      • Remote-eligible U.S.-based role with flexible work arrangements and hybrid-hub options
      • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement benefits
      • Paid time off, parental leave, and work-life balance support
      • Learning, development, and mentorship opportunities
      • Inclusive and mission-driven company culture focused on innovation and collaboration
