About the position:Â Â
We are seeking a highly skilled Group Product Manager to lead our Data Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of data products and services, including data storage, processing, and analysis capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to drive the development of high-quality data products that meet customer needs and business objectives.Â
You will serve as an evangelist for the Data Platform & Data Strategy. Â
What you will do:Â Â Â
- Develop and execute the product strategy for the Data Platform team, including setting product roadmaps, identifying target markets, and defining product features and capabilities.Â
- Lead a team of product managers and provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and deliver high-quality products.Â
- Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to ensure that the Data Platform products and services are built to meet high-quality standards, and that they meet user needs and business objectives.Â
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for new data products and services that can drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.Â
- Develop business cases and financial models for new data products and services, including revenue and cost projections, and present them to senior leadership for approval.Â
- Monitor the performance of the Data Platform product portfolio, analyzing metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.Â
- Provide thought leadership in the field of AI and ML, both internally and externally, by staying informed about industry best practices, trends, and advancements.Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of AI data platform products and services into existing systems and processes.Â
What we are looking for:Â Â Â
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Â
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, ML, or data platforms.Â
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and coaching a team of product managersÂ
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Â
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful product strategies, including product roadmaps and go-to-market plans.Â
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.Â
- Deep understanding of AI, ML, and data platform technologies and their applications in real-world scenarios.Â
- Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts, tools, and frameworks.Â
- Understand the critical importance of data; clean, reliable, consistent data sets to power the organization.  Â
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.Â
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.Â
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $117,600 to $147,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
