Position Summary:
Wonderschool is seeking a Growth Marketer who can grow and scale our Marketplace by helping parents in their search for child care and developing our supply pipeline. As a member of the Marketplace team, the Growth Marketer will create and own acquisition and communications across the parent and provider journey, test strategies to optimize the funnel, and help build a multi-channel marketing program. The ideal candidate is resourceful, collaborative, and is comfortable working with autonomy. A successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced organization, have a learner’s mindset, and can think strategically while remaining detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and own communications across Wonderschool’s Marketplace, optimizing the consumer journeys to maximize conversions
- Define channel strategy and experimentation plans, including targeting, messaging, and success metrics across parents and providers
- Plan and manage our largest traffic channels, including Wonderschool Marketplace, cross-site placements, and outbound
- Identify and scale new opportunities for customer growth and brand awareness
- Partner cross-functionally to get new customer behavior data from our core product into the CRM to drive personalized campaigns
- Manage external marketing agencies and contractors
- Effectively leverage data to optimize channel performance and drive reporting conversations with leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant work experience in roles requiring creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated experience using analysis and metrics to drive decision making
- Systems expertise with marketing technology tools, specifically HubSpot, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and meeting deadlines
- BA/BS required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in lifecycle, email, or push marketing in a B2C environment
- Experience managing contractors or external agencies
