This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketer based in Mexico.
This is a high-impact, hands-on growth role focused on building and scaling acquisition systems for a fast-moving AI-driven B2C SaaS product. You will be responsible for identifying and unlocking the most effective channels to drive signups, leads, and revenue growth. The environment is highly experimental, where speed, iteration, and data-driven thinking are essential. You’ll have the autonomy to own full-funnel growth initiatives across paid, organic, outbound, and lifecycle marketing. The role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and wants to shape the growth engine of an early-stage company. You will work closely with leadership, contributing directly to positioning, messaging, and strategic growth decisions.
Accountabilities:
- Own and manage growth channels end to end, including strategy, execution, optimization, and performance tracking across paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, referral, and lifecycle marketing.
- Design and run rapid experiments to test messaging, audiences, funnels, and acquisition strategies, scaling successful initiatives and discarding ineffective ones quickly.
- Build and optimize high-converting funnels, landing pages, and user journeys while continuously improving conversion rates at every stage.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, copywriting, automation, targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and overall growth direction.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, building clear narratives around what drives results and why.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt across different growth channels, whether specialized or generalist in background.
- Strong motivation to become a top-tier growth marketer with a proactive, self-driven mindset.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to take ownership and execute independently without heavy guidance.
- Previous experience in any growth-related discipline (paid media, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing) is a plus, especially in B2C or startup environments.
