Summary:
We are looking for an analytical & data driven growth marketer to unlock growth across all of our brands and categories. This role will be a key member of the marketing team supporting our paid search, and paid social strategies. You’ll build and implement strategies, manage marketing spend, launch tests, and lead cross-functional projects to improve consumer experiences.
This position is fully remote with service locations in all US time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end paid media management from investment, strategy, execution and optimization.
- Synthesize campaign findings and communicate data-driven recommendations and standard methodologies to internal teams on a regular basis
- Collaborate with internal design team/agency resources to create, test, and scale creative assets
- Help define and optimize promotions strategy to acquire new customers
- Develop frameworks and tools to help identify and quantify opportunities to improve scale, profitability, and consumer experiences
- Work with finance and merchandising teams to forecast demand and anticipate consumer behavior
- Assist in developing overarching marketing strategy for newly acquired businesses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 - 4 years of experience working in performance marketing or in an analytical role in consulting, technology or ecommerce
- Hands on experience with one or more of the following is preferred; Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Ads 360, Kenshoo
- Will thrive in a startup environment, having a demonstrated ability to work independently to solve ambiguous problems
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, SQL skills preferred
- Understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce fundamentals preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with ability to tailor message to audience and communicate with data
