This role is a key driver of operational excellence across go-to-market functions, supporting sales leadership with insights, planning, and execution frameworks that directly impact revenue performance. You will act as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders, transforming data into actionable intelligence across forecasting, pipeline management, compensation, and territory design. You will work across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales strategy, operational processes, and business goals. Accountabilities:

  • Support sales leadership with operational planning across forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Analyze business data and generate insights to improve sales execution and revenue predictability
  • Manage and validate Salesforce data, including territory assignments, opportunity structures, and crediting accuracy
  • Oversee variable compensation analysis and monthly validation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to support business visibility and decision-making
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve operational processes across sales planning, forecasting, and performance management
  • Contribute to territory design and fiscal planning initiatives aligned with business growth objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across GTM functions
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Requirements:

    • 5–7 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical GTM role
    • Strong background in technology or SaaS environments preferred
    • Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
    • Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and compensation analysis
    • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management capabilities
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
