This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Guru Field Representative - Atlanta based in United States.

This role is a dynamic, field-based position focused on driving brand visibility, retail performance, and consumer engagement across a defined territory. You will act as a key ambassador for the brand in the marketplace, working directly with retail partners, store associates, and running communities to elevate product understanding and sell-through performance. The position combines sales support, education, event activation, and grassroots marketing to strengthen brand presence at both specialty and big-box accounts. You will play a central role in bringing product storytelling to life through in-store clinics, events, and consumer-facing activations. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, energy, and a passion for sports and movement culture. The environment is highly mobile, fast-paced, and focused on field execution and community impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on travel, autonomy, and active brand representation.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for executing field strategies that drive retail performance, brand awareness, and consumer engagement across your assigned territory.

  • Lead field support efforts across specialty and big-box retail accounts to increase sell-through and market share.
  • Support product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Deliver product education sessions, clinics, and training for retail associates and running communities.
  • Represent the brand at races, expos, and events, including setup, consumer engagement, and product trial activities.
  • Track and report field activity, store visits, competitor insights, and market feedback on a weekly basis.
  • Manage assigned budgets, including product seeding and expense reporting, ensuring effective territory investment.
  • Maintain relationships with retail partners to strengthen brand loyalty and execution consistency.
  • Support content creation activities such as product videos and digital educational materials when needed.

  • Requirements:

    This role requires strong field execution skills, a passion for sports and retail engagement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a defined territory.

    • 1–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, or field support roles (sports or outdoor industry experience preferred).
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
    • Passion for running, fitness, or athletic performance products and consumer education.
    • Ability to work independently while managing territory goals, schedules, and budgets.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in reporting, planning, and logistics.
    • Comfortable with extensive travel, weekend work, and physically active field environments.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
    • Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and basic retail math is a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic relationships in-store and in the community.
    • Must reside within 30 miles of the assigned territory.
