This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Corporate Development & Integrations based in United States.

This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape long-term growth by driving mergers and acquisitions, integration initiatives, and strategic expansion efforts across a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Board to identify new growth opportunities, execute complex transactions, and ensure successful post-acquisition integration. Beyond M&A, you will help evaluate new market expansion strategies, strategic partnerships, and service line development that strengthen organizational impact. This position requires a combination of strategic vision, financial expertise, operational leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the organization's corporate development strategy, including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
  • Develop and manage acquisition pipelines while building relationships with founders, investors, advisors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee comprehensive due diligence processes across financial, operational, clinical, regulatory, compliance, technology, and commercial functions.
  • Build financial models, perform valuation analyses, and structure transactions that align with long-term business objectives.
  • Direct post-acquisition integration activities, including Day 1 readiness, 100-day plans, synergy realization, cultural integration, and operational alignment.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate de novo market expansion opportunities, site development strategies, licensing pathways, and operational launch plans.
  • Identify and assess strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and adjacent growth opportunities that expand services and market presence.
  • Prepare presentations and reporting for executive leadership, investors, and the Board while supporting long-term strategic planning and capital allocation initiatives.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
    • 7+ years of experience in corporate development, healthcare M&A, private equity, or strategy consulting.
    • 3-5+ years of executive leadership or enterprise-level strategic management experience.
    • Strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, including valuation, financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
    • Solid understanding of post-merger integration, change management, synergy realization, and enterprise transformation.
    • Knowledge of healthcare operations and strategic growth within regulated healthcare environments.
    • Exceptional analytical, financial, strategic planning, and executive communication skills.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving finance, operations, legal, compliance, technology, HR, and clinical teams.
    • Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for remote executive leadership responsibilities.
    • Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment background and compliance screenings.
