This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing (Mobile) in Colombia.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on scaling mobile user acquisition and driving substantial revenue growth across global markets. You will shape and execute performance-driven marketing strategies for mobile apps, working at the intersection of data, product, and creative execution. The role requires a strong leader capable of managing large-scale acquisition budgets while optimizing performance across multiple channels and geographies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, engineering, and design to continuously improve user experience and conversion performance. In this fast-paced, global environment, you will lead a growing team of marketing specialists and directly influence international expansion strategy. This position is ideal for a data-driven mobile marketing expert who thrives in ownership-heavy, growth-oriented environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead mobile acquisition strategy with a strong focus on performance marketing and scalable user growth across global markets.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies designed to achieve 150–300% growth in users and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale marketing budgets exceeding $1M monthly across multiple acquisition channels.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of 5+ marketing specialists, ensuring both creative and operational excellence.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, analytics, engineering, and design teams to improve product features and user acquisition outcomes.
  • Oversee global expansion initiatives while ensuring stable performance in core markets.
  • Design and execute high-impact campaigns across mobile ecosystems to maximize ROI and long-term user value.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a senior mobile marketing or growth leadership role with ownership of $1M+ monthly marketing budgets.
    • Strong track record in mobile app acquisition, particularly in Tier 1 markets.
    • Deep expertise in performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, CPA networks, and mobile ad ecosystems.
    • Experience working with global in-app partners and mobile advertising networks.
    • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience optimizing key metrics such as LTV, CPA, EROI, and retention.
    • Proficiency with analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, App Annie, or equivalent platforms.
    • Experience managing multiple apps or products simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+) and Russian.
    • Web2App experience is a strong plus.
    • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to thrive in high-growth, data-driven environments.
