This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Product (Core/PAM) based in South Africa.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced product executive ready to shape the future of a complex B2B platform.
You will define the product vision and strategy for a proprietary Player Account Management (PAM) solution supporting enterprise customers in regulated markets.
The role combines strategic leadership, product innovation, and operational execution to transform an established platform into a market-leading solution.
You will lead a talented product organisation while collaborating with engineering, commercial, compliance, and operations teams.
Your work will directly influence platform scalability, customer success, and long-term business growth.
This opportunity is ideal for a product leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys building sophisticated technology products at scale.

Accountabilities:

As Head of Product, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and evolution of a core B2B platform. You will drive product excellence by aligning customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities while building a strong product culture.

  • Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the Player Account Management (PAM) platform.
  • Lead the transformation of the platform into a Tier-1 competitive solution capable of supporting enterprise operators in regulated markets.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management organisation.
  • Own product portfolio decisions, roadmap prioritisation, and investment planning across multiple product areas.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, API-first, configurable, and reliable platform capabilities.
  • Drive continuous product discovery through customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and industry insights.
  • Establish product KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, customer success, compliance, and operations teams to ensure product-market fit and successful delivery.
  • Influence executive-level decisions by connecting product investments with long-term business goals.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, customer focus, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Requirements:

You are a strategic and execution-focused product leader with experience scaling complex software platforms and leading cross-functional teams. You combine strong industry knowledge with commercial awareness and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

    • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a Head of Product or senior product leadership position.
    • Proven experience leading product strategy for B2B platforms, ideally within the iGaming industry.
    • Deep understanding of Player Account Management (PAM) platforms and key domains such as Wallet, Payments, CRM, Bonus Engine, Responsible Gaming, Risk & Fraud, KYC, and Back Office.
    • Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and leading B2B platform solutions.
    • Experience developing product strategies for regulated markets and supporting Tier-1 customer requirements.
    • Proven track record of scaling complex software platforms and managing cross-functional product organisations.
    • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience influencing executive leadership.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
    • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
    • Benefits:

      • Fully remote work flexibility with the option to work from an office location when available.
      • Flexible working schedule focused on performance and outcomes rather than time tracking.
      • Competitive salary aligned with experience and expertise.
      • Unlimited paid vacation and sick leave policies to support work-life balance.
      • International team environment with a collaborative and respectful culture.
      • High level of autonomy, ownership, and freedom in decision-making.
      • Career development opportunities and continuous learning support.
      • Team-building activities, company events, and opportunities to connect with colleagues.
      • Employee referral program with rewards.
      • Private medical insurance compensation options.
      • Flexible benefits plan covering personal expenses such as fitness, education, entertainment, or wellness activities.
      • Education support initiatives to encourage learning beyond your current role.
