Your impactÂ
The Helpdesk Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for employees encountering IT-related issues. This individual ensures the smooth operation of C1's IT systems by promptly addressing and resolving technical challenges, providing first-level support, and escalating complex issues as necessary.
A day in the life- Respond to IT support and service requests via phone, email, Slack, or ITSM ticketing system.
- Provide SaaS access to employees.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware & software issues
- Procure Hardware and Software for C1 employees
- Document all support interactions, solutions provided, and any necessary follow-up actions.
- Provide basic training to end-users on new software or IT procedures.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Familiarity with Windows and Apple operating systems and common software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 2+ Years Experience with IT ticketing systems.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential IT challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000 - $60,000. Please note that the shared range is specific to the Canada. The range only reflects the base salary and does not reflect bonus, equity or benefits.
