Job Title:Pharmacist Full-Time Evening Shift Location:Tulsa, OK Responsibilities: • Deliver safe, effective, and timely medication therapy. • Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff. • Participate in all facets of the medication-use system in a decentralized practice setting. • Support both centralized and decentralized medication-use processes.
