An award-winning non-profit hospital and one of the nation's most integrated health systems is seeking a Hospitalist physician (FM, IM) to join their experienced, collegial team due to growth and demonstrated need in the Des Moines River Valley area in Iowa (IA):
• Join a collegial team of two in-person Hospitalist physicians and two APP's
• 7-on/7-off daytime only, 7a to 7p
• No nights, no call, no procedures, no codes
• See patients ages 18+ with pediatric hospitalists in place
• Open ICU with Intensivists onsite
• Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits:
• First-year package up to $450,000+
• $100,000 onboarding incentive
