Hospitalist Physician Job | Mon-Thurs with no nights or weekends | Washington

A top critical-access hospital in Washington state (WA) seeks a Hospitalist Physician (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds trained) to join their team.

Position Highlights:
- Inpatient only with optional outpatient shifts available - If interested, you can maintain your skills in both areas
- 4-day work week with nights, weekends, and Fridays off - Home with your family each night!
- Average census of 2-3 with NO ICU responsibilities
- Joining 4 Physicians that have been with the team 15+ years
- Ability to pick up ED shifts, if interested, but not required

Compensation Highlights:
- Competitive base salary
- Annual retention bonus of $15,000
- Sign-on bonus
- Relocation up to $20,000
