Monday - Friday schedule with no nights or weekends
Three separate opportunities across Northern California
Employed position through a medical services group contracting with SNFs
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice required
Supervise mid-level providers including PAs and NPs
Focus on SNF patients; no residents involved in care team
Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, developing treatment plans, and monitoring outcomes
California license required or in process; DEA required
