Hospitalist/Nocturnist

• Candidate Requirements: Ideal candidate will be Board-Eligible (within 5 years of completing residency) or Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Schedule:7 on, 7 off
  • Hospitalists: 7a-7p
  • Nocturnists: 7p-7a
• Patient Volume: Each provider will manage approximately 8-12 patients.
• Skills & Experience: Preference for experienced MD/DO in critical care/ICU; new graduates with extensive ICU experience/training will be considered.
• Procedures: Ventilator management, central lines, intubation, and electrocardioversion preferred.
• EMR: Epic

• Primary Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital
• Additional Locations: Gouverneur Hospital and Massena Hospital
• ICU Details: Open ICU at Canton-Potsdam Hospital

• Compensation: $410,000 - $420,000
• Signing Bonus: $25,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
• Licensing & Dues: $2,000
• CME Allowance: $4,000
• Benefit Time: 120 hours
• Malpractice Insurance: Claims-made policy with $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate coverage, including tail coverage
