Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. Duties • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism. • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained; report any shortages or equipment issues. • Adhere to sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all occupants. • Assist with janitorial tasks in commercial settings as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. • Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures. Skills • Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment usage. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. • Experience in floor care practices and maintenance. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
