The position plays a key role in shaping how customers worldwide learn to operate and optimize advanced HPLC technologies and workflows. You will design and deliver structured, science-based learning solutions that combine technical depth with modern instructional methods. Working in a global, cross-functional environment, you will collaborate with scientists, product experts, and training teams to translate complex analytical concepts into effective educational programs. The role also ensures training consistency, quality, and alignment with customer needs across regions. Accountabilities
The HPLC Curriculum Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving global training programs for HPLC systems and analytical workflows, ensuring scientific accuracy and high instructional quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing comprehensive training solutions, including instructor-led sessions, virtual training, and eLearning modules using instructional design principles
- Creating and maintaining educational content such as laboratory exercises, manuals, assessments, videos, animations, and digital learning materials
- Collaborating with cross-functional experts, including product managers, technical support teams, regional specialists, and customers to define curriculum content
- Maintaining deep technical expertise in HPLC instrumentation, chromatographic methods, and analytical chemistry workflows
- Managing training development projects with external vendors and instructional design consultants
- Ensuring adherence to learning standards, quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements across training deliverables
- Supporting the deployment and transition of training programs to regional delivery teams to ensure global consistency
- Participating in innovation initiatives to enhance learning delivery methods and customer education experiences
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
- 8+ years of experience in analytical laboratories or regulated environments
- Strong expertise in HPLC instrumentation, including operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and method development
- Solid working knowledge of chromatography workflows and analytical chemistry principles
- Experience with Agilent OpenLab CDS software is highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into structured learning materials
- Strong project management skills, including experience working with vendors or external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a global, remote, cross-functional environment
