As an HR Program Specialist, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources. The ideal candidate is a proven individual contributor who thrives in a high-performance team and is passionate about employees and culture.
What you'll do:

• Plans, administers, and maintains various human resource programs including but not limited to:
  
  • New Hire Onboarding
  • Employee Development
  • Performance Management (Goals, Reviews, Check Ins, One on Ones)
  • Employee Mobility
  • Mentorship
  • Leadership and Individual Development Training
• Support organization-wide initiatives and projects, including workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop relationships at all levels while inspiring a culture of mutual accountability, constructive collaboration, and high-quality execution.
• Identify and work collaboratively on business practice/work process improvements to identify opportunities for leveraging and deploying our talent and ensure people-related initiatives have ROI that add to organizational value and output.
• Partner with the broader People Ops team to roll out all key people processes around compensation reviews, and learning and development programs.

What you'll bring:

• You are an experienced HR specialist with 4-5 years' experience, ideally in a scaling environment and have well-rounded experience with a variety of HR disciplines such as project management, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
• You have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence. You also are a dependable team player with a strong collaborative approach.
• You have the ability to establish, foster, and maintain strong relationships across the organization at all levels.
• You are adaptable, flexible, and understand how to achieve a balance between business goals with HR best practices.
• You have success working independently and autonomously with minimal direction
