HRIS Ops Analyst/Partner

OVERVIEW:

The HRIS Ops Analyst/Partner oversees maintaining HR systems, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HR systems. The HRIS Ops Analyst / Partner is also the go-to subject matter expert for the HR systems used in the organization.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • HRIS setup, configuration, and administration
  • HRIS Reporting (scheduled and ad hoc requests)
  • Liaison for HR Process improvement initiatives (ex: onboarding experience/self-service functionality, etc)
  • HRIS projects including but not limited to:

o Data cleanup

o Data batching

o Data testing of changes

o Data review/auditing

  • Assisting with ATS/HR system upgrades or enhancement and user testing
  • Assisting with M&A activities
  • Partner with HR and Ops team on items as needed

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven work experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role

· Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train users

· Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics

· Advanced proficiency in database management and security

· Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

· Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits

· Relevant training and/or certifications as an HRIS Analyst

· Bachelor's Degree Preferred
