Human Resources Temp

STR is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Temp to assist with our HR department’s needs to support recruiting, onboarding, training and development, and other HR projects. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with various team leads in HR while obtaining industry insight. This is a three-month, full-time position.

What you will do:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Execute on recruiting activities to support the fast-growing needs of the recruiting function
• Participate in onboarding tasks
• Assist with learning and development initiatives
• Update employee records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
• Proven experience working in an office environment
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Detail-oriented
