ICF-Credentialed Wellness Coach

As an ICF-Credentialed Wellness Coach, you will help members achieve personal goals, develop healthier habits, and navigate life transitions through evidence-based coaching. You will provide personalized guidance through virtual consultations and digital communication while contributing to improved health outcomes and overall well-being. The ICF-Credentialed Wellness Coach will support members through virtual coaching services, helping them build sustainable habits, achieve personal goals, and improve their overall wellness experience.

• Provide virtual wellness coaching through video consultations and asynchronous messaging to support members with personal development, lifestyle changes, and goal achievement.
• Guide members through areas such as life coaching, accountability, organization, life transitions, healthy lifestyle adoption, mindfulness, self-regulation, yoga, fitness, and holistic wellness.
• Build strong coaching relationships by delivering empathetic, culturally aware, and personalized support.
• Document member interactions and consultation summaries accurately within the designated practice management system.
• Collaborate with care delivery teams to ensure members receive appropriate support, referrals, and follow-up recommendations when needed.
• Promote a high-quality virtual care experience by applying evidence-based coaching practices and maintaining professional standards.
• Represent the organization’s care approach by advocating for accessible, inclusive, and compassionate wellness support.
• Participate in additional opportunities such as community discussions, virtual classes, educational content creation, and professional events when relevant.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced wellness professional with recognized coaching credentials, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting individuals through digital healthcare solutions.

• Must hold an ICF coaching credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
• Must be based in India.
• Fluency in English is required; Hindi proficiency is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing independent coaching or working within a telehealth environment.
• Comfortable delivering care and support through digital health platforms, including video consultations and online messaging.
• Passionate about women’s health, family wellness, and improving access to supportive care services.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations.
• Ability to provide approximately 5 hours per week of direct member support as an independent contractor.
• Reliable access to a laptop or desktop computer with a strong internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation and member interactions effectively.
