Why do we need you? Well, we are looking for a IAM Architect, who will bring strong expertise in Identity and Access management, a builder mentality and the love of problem solving. This will be a dynamic role with a focus on Okta administration/architecture, analytics and cross functional collaboration. This position will report to the Head of IT.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing solutions to ensure the secure and efficient use of endpoints by our employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our policies and procedures align with business requirements and industry standards.

• Defines and implements business process strategy, entitlement and access management
• Manages IAM environment including all related processes, Access Groups, Service accounts, Sandbox access, API configuration
• Proactively identify & resolve IAM lifecycle management related issues
• Maintains application dashboards and relevant documentation
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of relevant systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide high-level estimates for various tasks and projects and assist with project planning.
• Solve raised technical issues related to systems and work to resolve them in a timely manner.

• 5-7 years direct experience with IT and 2-3 years of Okta as an administrator and/or architect designing and implementing IAM solutions
• Strong knowledge of Okta products and services, including Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Workflows, and Okta API Access Management
• Proficiency in integrating Okta solutions with various applications and systems, such as, HR systems, finance systems, and cloud platforms
• Experience with Modern Identity management tools and Public Cloud tooling required (e.g., Multi Factor Authentication, Security Token, OAUTH, Amazon Web Services, Okta, Atlassian),
• Experience working in a primarily macOS, digital first environment
• Okta Certified Administrator (Preferred)
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time, implement and maintain IAM solutions that adhere with business requirements and security policies.
