We’re looking for a data feed specialist (Implementation Consultant) to ensure that Garner has reliable, timely information about our clients and members. This role reports directly to the Technical Integration Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Support clients with onboarding and maintenance of data feeds
- Support the sales and client success teams in validating new client feeds
- Triage and resolve data issues with partners including the engineering and back office teams
Our Tools:
AWS, Retool, Python
Ideal qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets
- Some exposure to programming languages such as Python
- Ability to perform basic SQL queries
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Time management skills
- Comfortable working with *NIX command line tools to triage data issues
