Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant you will have the opportunity to impact and define the Implementation program at LaunchDarkly. You will work with a cross-functional team to lead the next stage of our evolution to enable our customers to have an amazing experience building with LaunchDarkly. As an Implementation Consultant at LaunchDarkly you will be one of the founding members of the Implementation team and work closely with your team’s leadership to build out the program and iterate to excellence.

Implementation Consultants at LaunchDarkly will help companies achieve progressive delivery and get started on the LaunchDarkly platform. Implementation Consultants work in our Professional Services organization in Revenue, collaborating closely with people around the organization to ensure our customers feel supported and have the technical and educational foundations to accelerate their usage and adoption of LaunchDarkly's platform. By joining LaunchDarkly, you will work with software development teams at some of the most advanced companies across industries, including Technology, Finance & Insurance, Pharmaceuticals & Life Science, Entertainment, and more.

• Become a subject matter expert on LaunchDarkly’s platform and develop expertise in implementing LaunchDarkly.

• Pair technical knowledge with platform expertise to plan, own, and conduct live enablement sessions for LaunchDarkly’s largest customers. 

• Work with LaunchDarkly’s customers to ensure their success. 

• Create a foundation for a strong technical partnership between LaunchDarkly and customers.

• Assist in the development and execution of the Implementation program at LaunchDarkly. This includes identifying and tracking KPIs, implementing new processes and curriculum as needed, and assisting with the development of programs to maximize the impact of the Implementation team.

• Work cross-functionally with other internal stakeholders such as Solution Architects, sales, support, product, engineering, platform, and marketing to provide customer insight and enable ongoing improvement of products and services. 

• You have a technical background and are interested in a customer-facing role.

• You have demonstrated ability to learn a technology and are able to teach adoption of the technology to technical and non-technical audiences.

• You have a strong focus on strategic customer engagement, building customer relationships, and delivering the value of our products.

• You are a self‐starter and excited to take on complex problems.

• You are familiar with DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery. 

• You have worked with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
