Role Overview: In this role, you will be joining the Professional Services Team as an Implementation Consultant. You will ensure that our customers make the best possible use of the Convr platform, equip them to pursue their strategic objectives, and help them achieve their desired business goals. You will develop a deep functional understanding of Convr product capabilities and customer needs to act as the Convr expert during customer implementation projects. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to effectively drive product-oriented conversations with customers. You should maintain a solution-oriented approach and be excited to be a part of a growing team, welcoming the challenges that come along with a high growth environment.

• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Commercial Insurance experience is desired but not mandatory

What You'll be Doing:

• Developing a deep understanding of Convr capabilities, technologies, and configuration procedures
• Owning the design and configuration of the Convr solution, so that all requirements are met and that client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled
• Using knowledge of the Convr platform and insurance industry practices to craft and present strategic solutions that ensure customers realize their goals
• Assisting the Business Development team on pursuits with proof-of-concept related activities with Convr prospects
• Owning the day-to-day communications and overall project management with Convr clients during the implementation project
• Ensuring that every client derives the most value possible from the Convr implementation experience

• Executing data runs through platform, and organize data into meaningful client summary
• Organizing and analyze data across multiple dimensions based on client process
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in data sets

• Creating client facing deliverables that are complete, consistent, high quality and on time

Role Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree from a credited university or college
• 5+ years of experience in project management and implementation for a SaaS Company
• A proven track record of successful implementation projects
• 3+ years of experience with, and deep knowledge of, commercial P&C insurance products, services, channels, functions, and processes (particularly Underwriting & Operations)
• Advanced level computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
