Job Description

Team: Project Management

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Delivery Lead - CP Managed Services in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of client implementation leadership, system configuration, and cross-functional delivery execution within a fast-paced benefits technology environment. You will lead and support end-to-end implementation activities for channel partner clients, ensuring accurate system setup, seamless testing, and successful go-lives. Acting as both a project partner and technical operator, you will coordinate timelines, manage expectations, and proactively mitigate risks throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and offshore resources, as well as direct engagement with clients to translate requirements into scalable system configurations. You will play a key role in improving implementation processes, enhancing delivery efficiency, and ensuring high-quality client experiences. This is a hands-on, client-facing position ideal for someone who thrives in structured execution while navigating complex, evolving requirements in a remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and support implementation project activities including kick-off meetings, requirements gathering, status updates, and client coordination to ensure smooth execution and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Translate client needs into system configurations by analyzing benefits structures, rates, eligibility rules, imports/exports, and site setup requirements, ensuring accurate and scalable implementation delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, expectations, and deliverables by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication on progress and turnaround times.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure accuracy of HR and benefits platforms, including troubleshooting issues and verifying new functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, EDI, and offshore resources to ensure seamless delivery of implementation requirements and resolution of technical challenges.
  • Support client training, post-configuration guidance, and process improvement efforts to enhance implementation efficiency and strengthen long-term client success.
  • Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in account management, implementation, HR systems, benefits administration technology, or related software delivery environments.
    • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, or benefits systems, with the ability to configure platforms and manage complex data structures and requirements.
    • Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and strong analytical skills to support data validation, reporting, and system configuration tasks.
    • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities and making timely, informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with both technical teams and non-technical clients.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to quickly understand and work through complex system or process challenges.
    • Experience working with cross-functional and offshore teams, with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $65,000–$85,000 USD, plus potential performance-based incentives
      • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and reduced commuting requirements
      • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
      • Retirement savings options with employer-supported contributions
      • Paid time off, holidays, and additional leave options supporting work-life balance
      • Professional development opportunities, training programs, and career growth support
      • Employee wellbeing initiatives, including mental health and wellness resources
      • Inclusive, collaborative culture focused on innovation, accountability, and service excellence
