The OpportunityÂ
As an Incode sales-expert, you’ll help the largest companies in the world reduce cyber fraud and enhance identity verification experiences. Be ready to develop deeper relationships with our existing customers and to attract new large enterprises. You’re in for a lot of fun!Â
The B2B Account Executive requires prospecting, customer developing, and a track record of closing new businesses in the region. We're on the lookout for a team player with a deep drive to sell the products they work on, a software engineering background is a nice-to-have. You will be taking ownership of the entire sales pipeline and processes. Â
The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise companies but also understand the hands-on culture of a startup sales organization. Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on complex, high-end technical solutions. Experience selling biometrics or AI solutions, nurturing leads and engaging teams departments (product, tech, business and compliance) are great to have. We are currently focused on several sales verticals such as Banking, Telco, Insurance, Retail; hence, special industry expertise in any of these is highly desired. You can contribute to achieve our sales KPIs with the revenue that you bring to the table and keep our current customers happy.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Identify and qualify new potential customers and markets to expand our reach and drive revenue growth.Â
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies in collaboration with internal teams, focusing on both new and existing products.Â
- Craft compelling business proposals, tailored to specific customer needs that effectively showcase the value of our products and solutions. and present them with confidence.Â
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closing.Â
- Follow up with active customers and develop upsell opportunities.Â
- Develop and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.Â
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize results.Â
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, their features and benefits, and how they address customer challenges.Â
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to achieve the desired outcome.Â
- Guide and support new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to active users.Â

RequirementsÂ
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the technology sector.Â
- Strong understanding of our target markets and the competitive landscape.Â
- Proven track record of success in a B2B environment, with a focus on complex enterprise sales preferred.Â
- Experience working with large customers to deliver an integrated, end-to-end approach.Â
- Possess a strong understanding of the sales cycle, effectively managing all stages from lead generation to closing deals.Â
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Â
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with customers at all levels.Â
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Â
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Â
- Conceptual understanding of APIs, AI, Webhooks, SDKs, SaaS and biometrics technologies preferred.Â
