Start & End Dates: 12 weeks
This Internship is fully remote and requires no travel. Your work location is the city/town/province/state you will be working from remotely. For our 12-week internship program, interns are allowed to work remotely from an alternative location for up to 2 weeks. Interns are also invited to work out of the CrowdStrike office located closest to their remote location.

The Incident Response team is looking for an Incident Response Analyst Intern Who Will:
- Support Incident Response lifecycle via triage and investigation of detections and take action as appropriate (e.g. live response, containment, escalation, etc.)
- Develop detection criteria across a broad range of technologies and log sources.
- Identify coverage and efficiency gaps in available data and tooling.
The Threat Intelligence and Detection Engineering team is looking for a Security Engineer Intern Who Will:
- Work on a full life-cycle solution for Desktop software reviews from a Security Architecture and Engineering perspective.
- Research emerging adversary techniques and tooling, using the knowledge gained to build novel detections.
- Analyze threat actor campaigns, including infrastructure, malware, and victim endpoints and distill information into intelligence reports and detections.
- Investigate anomalous or suspicious behavior in the environment as it is identified in the detection engineering process.
The Security Architecture and Engineering team is looking for a Security Operations Intern Who Will:
- Gather, collect, and interact with data from various sources and platforms
- Create and develop end-to-end logging pipelines
- Document procedures and develop dashboards bringing value to collected data
- Work with team members to plan the deployment, configure, troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure software
The Security Awareness team is looking for a Security Awareness Specialist Intern Who Will:
- Assist with targeted communications to business stakeholders on various security related topics.
- Research and study advancements in security offerings and methods.
- Consult with Global Security, HR, Legal Communications and other teams as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Candidate's pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related technology field with a graduation date between December 2024 - August 2025.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written with a positive communication style.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Intellectually curious team player with a genuine passion for finding, understanding, and mitigating cyber threats.
- Demonstrated a passion for cybersecurity through internship or job experience, schoolwork, CTFs or contributions to community projects.
Bonus Points:
- Security certifications issued by GIAC, CompTIA, ISACA, or (ISC)2 a plus.
- Fundamental understanding of information security.
