This role is based in Chicago, IL, offering a consistent day schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in a home infusion environment. Responsibilities include preparing IV admixtures and sterile compounding to support hospital inpatient and outpatient care. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate medication preparation and patient safety, utilizing your expertise in pharmacy operations within the home infusion setting.
